A lack of adequate stretching is the missing link for many exercisers and fitness enthusiasts.  A systematic series of controlled stretches while muscles are still warm can greatly relieve post exercise soreness.  Proper stretching can help one to maintain their active range of motion which in turn facilitates daily movements and can help avoid injuries caused by overly tight muscles and joints.

Yoga is a form of mindful breathing and stretching with roots in India and is currently practiced by men and women around the world.

In the 30 day Ab-Burn 2017 challenge participants were allowed to do any safe ab exercise  they chose as long as they did it and confirmed it each morning and for at least one minute and no longer than 10 minutes!

Attaining strong abs and a trim waistline are pivotal parts of fitness, health, and postural stability!  This Ab-Burn 2017 group challenge was a fun and highly inspiration event with it’s focus on making measurable progress towards that goal!
