Food Value – Quality vs. Quantity
A dual strategy that combines nutrition and exercise is recommended for reducing one’s waistline. Burn off excess calories with properly balanced cardio exercises such as brisk walking or jogging. Raise your fat burning metabolism while tightening and strengthening support muscles with resistance training. It is also not only important to eat nutritious foods but to also pay attention to portion sizes. Text: 408 413 9630 “(Your Name) Free Eval” for your FREE Fitness Evaluation and Training Session.
